By accessing or using the Learnix Labs platform, participating in our skill assessments, or interacting with our Daily Arenas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts and Authentication
To participate in ranked assessments and track your progress, you must authenticate using a valid Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials.
- You may only maintain one active account on Learnix Labs.
- You agree not to share your account access with any third party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our platform policies.
3. Platform Integrity & Assessment Rules
Learnix Labs is designed to provide verifiable validation of developer skills. Maintaining the integrity of our assessment environment is paramount. By participating, you agree to the following code of conduct:
- No Cheating or Automation: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized browser extensions to solve assessments or bypass platform logic.
- Independent Work: All answers submitted in the Skill Check Catalog, Daily Bug Challenge, and DSA Arena must be entirely your own independent logic.
- No Answer Sharing: You may not publish, broadcast, or share the solutions to active daily challenges or assessments until the current cycle has officially closed.
Violation of these rules may result in the immediate forfeiture of your accumulated XP, removal from the Global Leaderboard, and permanent account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
A. Our Content
All platform infrastructure, assessment questions, logic, UI/UX designs, and branding (including the Learnix Labs logo and trademarks) are the exclusive property of Learnix Labs. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our platform content without explicit written permission.
B. Your Data
You retain ownership of the metadata generated by your participation (your scores, streaks, and heatmap data). By using the platform, you grant Learnix Labs a license to process, analyze, and display this data for leaderboard ranking and credential verification purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Learnix Labs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain perfect uptime and assessment accuracy, we make no guarantees that the platform will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnix Labs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, career opportunities, or reputation, resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
